If you practice your mind and you can have mindfulness all the time, that’s going to radiate on your health. Calm down and be not stressed. This meditation, it doesn’t mean you have to do a lot. Even if you don’t have time, the Buddha says if you can do it in a finger snap, it’s going to beneficial to you already. But if you can do more, it’s better. Read more here…
