One woman is bringing joy to Dyersburg residents, one song at a time. Cindy Simpson of Halls has been playing the accordion at nursing homes and assisted living facilities for 15 years. On Wednesday afternoon, she treated residents to an hour’s worth of music therapy at The Highlands of Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. Read more here
