Through grant money, Handicapped Americans Love of Life Organization Inc., otherwise known as H.A.L.L.O., is able to offer music therapy here in Highlands County and the surrounding areas. I was extremely honoured to emcee Kingston’s third annual Light of Day benefit concert last weekend. Organizers Ginette Blais and Gord Hunter spearheaded this initiative to raise awareness and funds for ending Parkinson’s disease. It was a difficult evening being joyous and social.
