SEBRING — While it may be more common to find music therapy programs in larger cities where there are community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals and correctional facilities did you know that a music therapy program is available locally? Through grant money, Handicapped Americans Love of Life Organization Inc., otherwise known as H.A.L.L.O., is able to offer music therapy here in Highlands County and the surrounding areas.
