Music For Maternity

A fundraiser to help keep Parkview Home’s music therapy program takes place Oct. 26, at 7:30 p.m. at Parkview Village.  After Hours Big Band, a jazz ensemble, will provide entertainment. Research has shown that Alzheimer patients in long-term care homes benefit by having a connection with music, either performed live or through various mediums such as television, radio or CDs.
