Florida Hospital Orlando music therapist Antonio Milland strummed his guitar and sang “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” while stroke patient Tyson Brandt grasped a mallet with two hands and tapped a paddle drum. “Take a big breath in,” Milland said as Brandt, 48, smiled and leaned forward in his wheelchair toward the drum.
